In a quiet area, in a splendid panoramic position facing the famous Puntaldia peninsula, is the L' Uddastru Residential Complex, about 4 km from the centre of San Teodoro. It consists of two groups of flats, one adjacent to the main road, the other higher up; a car is recommended. Well-furnished flats, many with splendid panoramic views, are equipped with: - Tv, - washing machine, - ceiling or table fan, - wifi, - unattended car park. Located on the ground floor with garden or on the first floor with large terrace, they are always equipped with garden table and chairs. Animals allowed with supplement. Prices include: electricity, water, gas, first supply of towels and bed linen, final cleaning (except cleaning of the kitchenette, which must be cleaned by the customer before check-out, and the rubbish, which must be disposed of in the special waste bins).

DISTANCES: Sea: 1,900 mt. - Centre: 4.000 mt - Port/Airport: 27 Km (Olbia). In a quiet position only 1800 m from the Puntaldia peninsula and less than 2 km from the beautiful beach of Lu Impustu. The Puntaldia golf course is just a few hundred metres away. In the small hamlets of Lu Fraili and Puntaldia it is possible to find some services such as kiosks/bazaars, markets, restaurants and pizzerias; about 4 km away in the centre of San Teodoro supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, tobacconists, newsagents, pharmacies, discos, sports facilities, horse riding.
