The name Casa "Nives", from the Latin Neve, was chosen because it is located in Largo della Neve and borders the Church of the Madonna della Neve. The house is located in the Historic Center of Tuscania and is very characteristic because it is located directly on the town's Castellane Walls, which are of Etruscan origin. The house has a kitchen, a lounge with Smart-TV and sofa bed, a bathroom, a bedroom with Smart-TV and a tavern in the basement with Smart-TV. The house is equipped with an external gas boiler, a pellet boiler/study located in the basement and an air conditioner in the bedroom. The car park is located a few steps outside the historic center and is available both for a fee and for free, to unload your suitcases you can park your car in the square directly in front of the house entrance.
I am a boy who loves his country very much, I am on the board of a cultural association in which we manage village festivals and theatrical performances and I am also part of the Tuscania Archaeological Group where we organize events and excursions dedicated to tourism. I live in Tuscania so I can assist the customer at any time with any problem.
The location is central, adjacent to the house you will have the entrance to the Tor di Lavello Park and a few steps away from the Cathedral of Tuscania, the Basilica of San Pietro and the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore. A few kilometers from Tuscania you can visit all of Tuscia, the lakes of Bolsena and Vico, the sea, Civita di Bagnoregio, Tarquinia, Viterbo, a territory rich in history.
