The property is located in the center of the southernmost area of ​​the most beautiful part of Sicily. The location is just ideal considering the excursions around. The natural reserve "Oasi Vendicari" is not far 7 km, with its marshes it offers a resting place for a large number of migratory birds on their long journey to or from Africa. Among the more than 180 different species there are storks, flamingos and herons, moreover Ispica, Noto and Modica, a city of the late Baroque and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, are easily accessible by car and are absolutely worth a visit. The seaside village of Marzamemi is one of the oldest and most visited villages in Sicily just 3 km away. The beautiful sandy beaches around Capo Passero, in the southernmost point of Sicily, invite you to swim in the clear and turquoise sea.
