Casa Yuvi was created by Konstantyn — a host whose story moves between farm fields and cocktail bars. Raised on a farm, he grew up with a deep respect for nature and a love for simple, honest food. He later spent over a decade as a bartender in Southeast Asia.
Casa Yuvi is nestled in the countryside of Latium, Italy — a quiet region steeped in ancient olive groves, soft hills, and wide skies. The pace here is slow.
