Welcome to our country house, Casa Alcinoo, an oasis of tranquility in an ancient stone farmhouse. Spread over two floors, it offers a spacious living room with a kitchen, two double bedrooms, and three bathrooms (one private for the master bedroom). The atmosphere is rustic and authentic, with a large private green lawn for outdoor relaxation. Perfect for disconnecting from everyday life and immersing yourself in nature. Ideal for trekking, cycling, and outdoor activities enthusiasts.
The house is part of a larger building owned by multiple people. The outdoor space, namely the garden, is private and not shared with other owners. Of course, only the area from the house to the gate, including the garden, is private. The areas that touch the other apartments belong to other owners and are therefore not accessible, even though the boundaries are not yet clearly defined. Nonetheless, the outdoor space available to you is very generous and includes the large lawn extending from the tree-lined avenue to the curve leading to the gate. The field to the left of the gate (facing the house) is also accessible.
