Villa Ermelinda is a historic 16th-century stone residence, fully renovated and nestled in the hills of Castelraimondo. The villa is perfect for family or friends’ vacations, as well as exclusive weddings and events. Capacity: up to 16 guests (up to 12 guests the main villa is available, over 12 the annex opens as well). Layout: Ground floor: large living room with fireplace, masonry kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. First floor: 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms (2 private, 2 connected via mezzanine). Annex: kitchen with fireplace, bedroom and bathroom, directly connected to the wellness area with hot tub. Main amenities: panoramic private pool, wellness area with jacuzzi, tavern with industrial kitchen, Wi-Fi, panoramic terrace. Extra for weddings/events: wedding fee (not included in Booking total price), includes exclusive use of spaces, dedicated staff, use of the tavern, and extra cleaning.
