Set on extensive, well-kept grounds, with a private swimming pool, this modern villa is ideal for a family holiday or group of friends. The property has 4 bedrooms over 2 floors and 3 bathrooms and can sleep up to 10 people. -If necessary, GAS for heating in wintertime or when necessary because of climate, must be paid on the spot: GPL Euro 5/mc -Electricity have to be paid on the spot On Consumption Euro 0,35 kw/h. -The Caution Deposit - RSD (Refundable Security Deposit) Euro 300 must be paid in cash upon arrival at check-in. -Tax Town to be paid on the spot: Euro 1,50 per pax per day - untill 4 days - up to 12 years old are exempt.
