The main characteristic of Casamarina Orchidea is its outdoor space: a 145 square metres of furnished garden where you can fully enjoy the beauty of summer. Comfortable sun loungers, sofas for relaxing while reading a good book in the shade of a large parasol, and a wooden table where you can have lunch and dinner with friends. There is also a very comfortable covered shower with sink, which is very useful and convenient for removing sand and saltiness when returning from the sea. The villa is on two levels, on the slightly raised floor there is a kitchen with sofa bed, a bathroom with toilet and shower and a bright double bedroom. Another bedroom is in the basement, with two bunk beds, one of which is double, and a bathroom with WC and sink. The villa is completed by a reserved and fenced car park totally free for the exclusive use of the guests. Distance from the sea ? Only 300 metres! It will be necessary to cross the road and walk along the pedestrian-only street leading to the beach.
