Podere del 1700 ristrutturato a 1 km dal borgo medievale di Trequanda, varco di ingresso verso la Val D’Orcia, Pienza e i grandi vini di Montepulciano e Montalcino a 15 minuti dal casello autostradale Valdichiana, a 40 minuti da Siena, Perugia ed Arezzo. La struttura è immersa nel verde della campagna toscana tra vigneti ed oliveti con vista sul paese e le colline circostanti, un luogo di relax e svago con la possibilità di effettuare escursioni sui sentieri della zona e sui vicini boschi ricchi di funghi e avvistamento della fauna locale
La struttura completamente indipendente è provvista di wi-fi, aria condizionata, tv, cucina completa ed un grazioso terrazzo con vista su Trequanda dove è possibile trascorrere delle piacevoli ore accompagnati dai gustosi prodotti locali - oppure fare una passeggiata tra alberi da frutto, viti ed olivi che completano la proprietà intorno al Podere - Moira ed il suo staff vi accoglieranno con la genuinità tipica delle nostre zone - si organizzano visite presso produttori locali di prodotti alimentari - possibilità di escursioni e trekking guidati sui percorsi e sentieri del territorio - consigli sui luoghi iconici della regione e sulle ricchezze ambientali ed architettoniche vicine - corsi rapidi di degustazione del vino e dell'olio
A 1 km c’è il paese di Trequanda raggiungibile anche a piedi in pochi minuti che offre ogni tipo di attrattiva e interesse: la bellissima Chiesa Medievale, il Museo Etrusco, la suggestiva Piazza Garibaldi, la vista sulla Val D’Orcia e le Crete Senesi dalla Porta al Sole, due Ristoranti, la Macelleria con le carni locali, la Piscina Pubblica, una pizzeria - subito fuori le famose strade ormai conosciute a livello internazionale come l’Eroica e la Francigena - poi i grandi vini locali a partire dalla Orcia doc e l’opportunità di visitare da vicino le cantine delle zone più celebrate come Montalcino e Montepulciano - venite a trovarci nei periodi delle feste: la ricorrenza religiosa della Beata Bonizzella Cacciaconti (secondo fine settimana di maggio), la cena dell'ospite in piazza (fine luglio), la festa della musica e della birra (metà agosto), la festa dell'olio nuovo (terza domenica di ottobre)
