Property information

Between the lake and the mountains, our structure is the ideal starting point for all the activities that Como Lake and its mountains offer. An authentic wooden and stone Villa divided into 4 fully equipped apartments surrounded by greenery. Garden, barbecue, swimming pool, deck chairs, veranda, private parking will be at your disposal for an ideal relaxing holiday. Just a few minutes drive or ride from beaches, restaurants and main attractions. Unforgettable holidays at Casa Unica!

Neighbourhood information

For nature and sport lovers, you are in the right place! A few minutes away you can access the most beautiful beaches of the lake, the best spots to practice and take lessons in Kite Surfing, Windsurfing, Sailing. Stroll on foot or by bicycle in the Pian di Spagna Nature Reserve. Walk on our peaks thanks to the various paths such as Il Sentiero del Viandante from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake. But also going out in the evening, Colico is animated by bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream parlors, village festivals, beach clubs. The SWIMMING POOL is open 24 hours a day from May 1st to October 31st. It is common to the 4 apartments and has comfortable deck chairs and an outdoor shower. Pets are accepted. There will be a supplement to be paid as we provide a deep cleaning for the next guest. Please contact us for further information. A private and secured PARKING will be available for you in the structure.
