Cascina 36 is a bed and breakfast that turns into an independent and completely renovated villa, built in a timeless residential area without traffic, where functionality and comfort are the essential basis for offering guests an environment that envelops them with hospitality. Cascina 36 has four rooms with private bathroom. The structure has an anti-mosquito system for all the external areas that perfectly protects the structure. Each room is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, climate and independent heating.

Neighborhood info

Pregnana Milanese, is a small town near Rho, Milan, on the axis of the Milan-Turin motorway, in an extremely convenient area, both to reach Milan, both for the reduced traffic and the proximity to the main road arteries. In addition to the center of Milan, it is very close to the shopping center "Il Centro" in Arese, in Lainate where there is the park of "Villa Litta", in Vanzago where there is the "Bosco di Vanzago" WWF Wildlife Area.
