Elegant and characteristic Villa with a wonderful view of the lake, from which you can admire the sunset! The house is on two levels, for a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Large living room and kitchen. It has four large terraces where you can have a breakfast or an aperitif overlooking the lake! 2 FREE INTERNAL PRIVATE PARKING SPACES. Shared outdoor garden. Close to one of the longest beaches of the lake, where you can sunbathe and bathe in its clear and fresh waters. It is located in a favorable and strategic position for connections with Italy and Europe, just 2 km from the Superstrada 36 connecting Milan and the Valtellina-Valchiavenna. Ideal for those who practice lake sports (swimming, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing) but also for those who prefer winter sports, being a short distance from the most beautiful ski slopes in Switzerland and Northern Italy, as well as for those who practice trekking and mountain biking (Sentiero del Viandante) or simply love walking in the middle of nature. Nearby there are buildings of great historical, religious and cultural importance (Piona Abbey, Montecchio Military Fort, Fuentes Fort, Villa Monastero) and places of natural interest such as the Protected Oasis of the Pian di Spagna
From Dorio you can easily reach, both by car and by boat, other "pearls" of Lake Como, such as Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio, Cadenabbia, Tremezzo. In a short time you can cross the border and reach Switzerland (Lugano, St. Moritz) both in summer and winter. Less than ten kilometres away, to the north, you enter the Valchiavenna and the Valtellina (famous for its wines), where you will find the ski resorts of Madesimo and Bormio, the latter famous for its thermal waters, with swimming pools and Roman baths open all year round.
