The house is set in a large flowered garden, which includes a relaxation area with an outdoor sofa, wicker sofa and barbecue, ideal for pleasant barbecues. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room with washing machine, a bathroom and a double bedroom. Upstairs, accessible via an external staircase, there is a spacious terrace with lounge area, parasol and table, as well as a second attic double bedroom. Part of the garden is occupied by a small citrus grove and fruit trees, and parking is available within the property. A staircase leads to the terrace overlooking the large garden, and there is also an outdoor shower. Although the house is compact, it is very cosy; the kitchen is well equipped and features a dishwasher, oven and microwave. The French doors in the kitchen and bedroom open directly onto the inner garden; the bedroom has a wardrobe with hangers and drawers for your convenience. The house is about 600 metres from the sea, which you can reach on foot or by car. The area offers beautiful beaches, including the renowned Isola di Dino, Grotta Azzurra and Grotta del Leone. It is also well connected to the Riviera dei Cedri, with places like San Nicola Arcella, Scalea and Diamante, and the beautiful beaches of Maratea just a few kilometres away. Nearby you will find bars, restaurants and shops for all your needs, as well as equipped lidos and free beaches along the coast. Maximum number of Pets: 1.
