Characteristic apartment in the heart of the historic center of the charming city of Chiavari, with original Genoese-style floors. Very bright apartment, with open views over the roofs, hills and the famous pedestrian street called "caruggio dritto" with characteristic arcades. Located on the fourth floor, without lift, of an elegant building in the center, with typical slate stairs. From the door you exit directly into the central shopping street, with numerous shops of all kinds, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops selling local products. It consists of: large entrance , bright living room with TV, kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms (in one there is a toilet and in the other a renovated shower, sink and washing machine ). Heating with radiators. Free parking 5 minutes from the apartment. Wifi present. Smoking is not allowed.
Directly in the old historic center, close to the beautiful shops and good restaurant. The beach is 10 minutes by foot.
