Located in the small natural paradise of Sant'Elia, a hamlet of S. Flavia (Palermo), the brand new Da Filippo cottage is a comfortable seaside accommodation, ideal for short breaks or weeks or longer stays. The apartment consists of a living room-kitchen with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a French double bed, a wardrobe-room and a bathroom with a shower box. The sea, the beach and the beautiful cove are literally around the corner. The cottage is located on the ground floor and is completely independent, equipped with air conditioning, induction hob, electric oven, pots, cutlery, cups and coffee cups.

The sea, the beach and the beautiful cove of S.Elia are literally around the corner from the house. There are several bars / kiosks very popular during the summer (closed only in the winter months), as well as supermarkets and restaurants, also in the contiguous seaside village of Porticello, famous for the fish market and the second fishing fleet of Sicily. "Da Filippo" is undoubtedly an excellent solution for those looking for a holiday of pure and healthy relaxation, and for those who want to go to discover the treasures of Palermo, capital of culture 2018, visit Bagheria "the city of the villas" or reach the nearby archaeological area of Solunto, a Hellenistic-Roman city built around the middle of the 4th century BC
