Welcome to the little house of Villa, typical dwelling of the Val chiavenna; We wish you a good stay and that you can enjoy the simplicity and tranquility typical of the life of the past. The box is one of the oldest of the old medieval nucleus of this village that for centuries stands on one of the historic transit routes between north and south Europe. Completely renovated respecting the typical architecture of the valley, the apartment is very comfortable, furnished with care, and complete with everything you need for a quiet and autonomy
Our family has taken great care over the years of this home We spent many moments in this house, relaxing, walking and hiking in the summer, skiing during the winter. We fished in the rivers and in the mountain lakes, we made long bike rides, we tasted the specialties of the crotti, and even today, after many years, it is our favorite refuge Even children love spending time here, where time almost seems to have stopped. The area where this house is located is to be discovered, do it too! We wish you a good stay!
Located in the historic center of Villa di Chiavenna, our apartment, a typical dwelling of the valley, is just a few minutes from the Swiss border. The favorable position allows you to quickly reach the Val Bregaglia, the Engadine and the Madesimo Valley. Ideal for families with children, hikers and skiers, for lovers of cycling or water sports on lake or river. In all seasons there are numerous possibilities for practicing sports: from hiking, to climbing, to skiing. Taste the local gastronomy is a discovery, or simply you can spend your time in the middle of nature enjoying the peace and tranquility of these places The house is easily reachable by car from the Maloja state road from Chiavenna. Parking lots for the car are just a few minutes walk from the apartment.
