Appartamento UNICO per il suo splendido PANORAMA. Puoi ammirare il Golfo di Napoli da ogni finestra e, grazie a 2 ampie balconate potrai fare colazione all'aperto e cenare ammirando tramonti mozzafiato. E' molto ampio (100 m) con 3 camere indipendenti con 3 king-beds ed un lettino aggiunto per cui si adatta bene a gruppi di amici o a due famiglie.La cucina è attrezzata con frigo/freezer, lavatrice, lavastovigle, ampio tavolo con 6 sedie. Ha 2 bagni, entrambi con doccia, 4 condizionatori, tv e free WI-FI. Sotto casa vi sono ristoranti, pizzerie, gelateria, mini-market ed un tabaccaio. Si richiede il pagamento di una tassa di soggiorno di euro 1 a persona al giorno da pagare all'arrivo della struttura. Il parcheggio su richiesta, non è incluso nel prezzo e ammonta a euro 10 a notte da pagare direttamente in struttura.
Per me fare l'host è uno stimolo per conoscere nuove persone ed un impegno a garantire loro un soggiorno di divertimento e benessere.
La casa è ubicata in maniera strategica, a 400 metri dalle spiagge del litorale, raggiungibile a piedi, in macchina ,in bus o in ascensore. Sulla spiaggia ci sono degli stabilimenti aperti fino a tarda sera che organizzano diverse attività e spettacoli. Si possono noleggiare barche e c'è un collegamento di aliscafi per le isole. A 500 metri c'è la circumvesuviana che collega Piano a Sorrento, Pompei, Napoli ecc.. Vicino la casa vi è un noto belvedere e villa Fondi, struttura neoclassica attualmente museo archeologico di Piano, sede di numerose manifestazioni ludiche e culturali . Sotto casa vi è un forno salumeria, una pizzeria, una gelateria, un bar, un tabaccaio e ristoranti anche da asporto.
