Code CITR 011015-AFF-0223 - The Cavallotti 21rent rooms was born in March 2018, the interiors are therefore entirely new! Its central location makes it perfect for any tourist destination. Located in a typical Ligurian pedestrian street, surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and bars, it allows you to reach the ferry pier for the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici and Portofino, in 4 minutes on foot. The taxi station can be reached in a 2-minute walk. The bus stop is at an eye view, about 40 meters from the front door. From the train station just follow a pedestrian street for about 10 minutes to get to the hotel. The guest house is equipped with the electronic system for self-check-in, (Key-box) You can reach the hour you prefer, in total autonomy.
The apartment is located in the pedestrian center of the city where there are all the services needed to spend an excellent stay. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you can find museums, theaters, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, boutiques, wellness centers, pharmacies, supermarkets, laundries, pubs etc. In two minutes on foot you can reach the jetty from where the boats that connect La Spezia with the Cinque Terre and Portofino leave. The public transport stop (C.A.M. e C.) is 40 meters from the house. The station can be reached in ten minutes walk in the pedestrian area.
