New building built in 2021, 850 meters from the historic center, without architectural barriers, with disabled access to the elevator and the apartment, private parking space, also for disabled people, for a fee (20 euros) upon reservation inside the building and a few steps from the elevator. Taxi parking 300 meters away, bus lines for the whole city, the train station and the airport 20 meters away. The apartment has a double view, external on the public street and internal on the private parking, a double bedroom with bathroom complete with large shower, a single bedroom, living room with sofa beds that are equipped for the night in case of a number of guests greater than three or upon request to be made at the time of booking, second bathroom complete with large shower, kitchenette complete with appliances and dishes, laundry room with washer-dryer. All rooms in the apartment have a balcony accessible via a French window. Heating with radiant floor panels and cooling with wall fan coils.
