L'arredo del soggiorno è di stile tirolese interamente di legno massiccio. La casa è finemente arredata e dotati di tutti i confort della vita moderna quale lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, wifi e televisione satellitare.
Zona residenziale molto quieta e nel centro del paese. A piedi in quanto la casa è vicina alle infrattrutture pubbliche e alla passeggiata.
