Large three-room apartment located in the heart of the Valsassina plateau, a stone's throw from the main cable cars that lead to the Piani di Bobbio and Artavaggio and able to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. With an unmistakably mountain flavor, it is the ideal solution for those who want large spaces, a terrace overlooking the mountains, a garage and accessibility for the elderly. The apartment is located in a building in a reserved area of Cassina Valsassina, a small village characterized by typical mountain alleys; strategically located 50 meters from the center of Cassina, 600 from the center of Moggio, 800 meters from the center of Cremeno, 8 minutes by car from the cable car to the Piani di Bobbio, and 3 minutes by car or 20 minutes walk from the cable car to the Piani di Artavaggio. The entrance is located on the first floor of the small building: it opens onto the living area with a large table with chest and relaxation area with sofas and fireplace; the terrace, livable and with outdoor furniture, allows you to enjoy lunches with one of the best views of the Grigne group. The small kitchenette is well equipped, with stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher and everything you need to cook. The sleeping area consists of a large double bedroom with upstream windows, a bedroom with a queen-size sofa bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine. The décor is of dark wood quality, with paneling and wooden beams that will really make you feel like in a mountain chalet. A private garage is also available! The apartment is delivered complete with sheets and towel set for all guests, and a welcome kit consisting of oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pods, dishwasher and washing machine capsules, shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher fluid and toilet paper. The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute.
