In Ischia, this 60 sqm flat is located in a very nice area in the municipality of Forio, close to San Francesco bay, Negombo thermal park and La Mortella garden, created by Sir William Turner Walton. A large patio/terrace has everything you need for relaxing with poufs, tables, chairs and teak sun loungers with nautic skai leather, all in a beautiful and peaceful setting. The heated pool with waterfall, airbubbles, bench and lounge inside is the cherry on the top. There is also a firepit that can be used for barbecues. Ideal for families or couples for a total of max 4 people.
Italian who lived in UK, Turkey and Spain. I love international atmosphere, meeting different cultures and learn in a way to intercept what people really like and want. I’m always available to help as much as I can. 24hrs a day
High-end residential area of villas, very close to La Mortella Garden, a British designed internationally famous botanical garden with open concerts arena. The area is also very close to beaches, between San Montano bay (where Negombo thermal park is located) and San Francesco bay. Just 3 minutes walk from the house is the famous and beautiful Belvedere over Forio. Parking lot in premises. Reverse gear is necessary to go back to main street. Otherwise as an alternative you can also park in the street, it’s free and it’s a super safe area.
