The house is spread over two floors: on the first floor, you’ll find a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen area, tastefully decorated with pieces of traditional Sardinian craftsmanship. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a shower and two spacious bedrooms. A second bathroom with a washing machine is located on the ground floor. Please note that, due to the internal staircase and the two-level layout, the house may not be particularly suitable for small children or guests with mobility issues. The house is located within a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), making the area very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing stay. However, there are limitations for car access, as the ZTL is active every day during the following hours: From 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM From 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM Outside of these time slots, you are allowed to enter the area with your car. The famous Poetto beach—with its beach bars and the iconic view of the Sella del Diavolo—is easily reachable by public transport or by car.
