Bright and welcoming house on 2 levels, just 5 km from Bellagio! The Villa is located in the countryside in a quiet and sunny position, with a spacious private garden near the wood: the external terrace, with the large dining table, the lounge area and the barbeque, guarantee enviable relaxation. The independent Villa is completely renovated internally and built in typical local stone. It is divided into: -GROUND FLOOR with entrance, living room with fireplace and sofa bed, outdoor patio with table, chairs and benches suitable for outdoor dining on sunny days and kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. A service bathroom. -FIRST FLOOR accessible via an internal staircase where there are 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other two with 2 single beds each) and 2 bathrooms with bidet and shower cubicle. Long balcony running off the bedrooms overlooking the garden for the exclusive use of guests, woods and and mountain tops. Further services available: independent heating and split air conditioning in every room, washing machine and dryer.
