Property for exclusive use This country house from 18th century is located on the outskirts of a small hamlet (not isolated but surrounded by woods for great panoramic views). It made of a main house and outbuilding, private fenced garden with swimming pool, heated jacuzzi and small gym. The well-kept garden leads from the house down to the panoramic swimming pool (5m x10 with 1.5m depth). The are a panoramic terrace with seating area, a spacious equipped outdoor kitchen and table for dining. Outdoor Jacuzzi for 4 people (2x2 meters) and barbecue. The house is refurbished with taste with traditional cotto flooring and wood beams. Well-kept furniture and spacious sofas. The main house’s gr. floor has 1 double bedroom with 1 extra single bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bahroom with shower accessible from outside. 1st floor: living/dining room with fireplace, cooking area and access to panoramic balcony for outdoor dining. The outbuilding has gr. floor living/dining room with single bed, cooking area, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Free A/C in the corridor leading to the bedrooms on the gr. floor and in the main house living room. The gardener will be working at agreed times in order to not disturb your stay. Air conditioning is available only in the main house.
