The accommodation is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning, wifi, and a delightful balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the city view. We are in a strategic location, easily accessible and close to numerous amenities, shops, and restaurants, making everyday life convenient and pleasant. The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (including an induction stove, refrigerator, Moka pot, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, split A/C, and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM with a double bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC; - BALCONY with a small table and two chairs.
