FANTASTIC structure in the center of martinsicuro NEW IN THE AREA just 100 meters from the sea, the building is surrounded by supermarkets, tobacconist, hairdresser, greengrocer, restaurants, pizzerias and various shops. The rooms are divided into double and triple rooms, with private bathroom with a large shower tray, with chromotherapy shower, hypoallergenic memory foam mattresses, smart TV, fridge, air conditioning, towel kit as well as a daily room cleaning service and a change of sheets every 3 days. THE RATE INCLUDES water, coffee, breakfast at the pastry shop under the structure, WE OFFER umbrella for free beach for those who want to choose the beach that best suits their needs, OR the possibility of a private lido on request for a PAYMENT on request booking, ALSO the staff is ready to welcome all your questions required to spend an excellent stay. THE STRUCTURE very easy to reach and only a few km away between the A14 motorway chisels of val vibrata coming from the south and instead coming from the north san benedetto del tronto, excellent for those looking for a PIT STOP, very convenient to then leave and enjoy the show of the sea ..
ON REQUEST it is possible to organize a shuttle service from Pescara Ancona airport and from the San Benedetto del Tronto railway station. the staff is ready to recommend the best places in the area between restaurants and things to visit in the place.
THE STRUCTURE is perfect for those who do not want to take their own vehicle because it is surrounded by practically everything you need to live, and surrounded by hilly landscapes and the martinsuro promenade where you can take excellent walks and play sports for those who want it, and for those who want to enjoy the spectacle of the boats returning with fresh fish in them to then sell it at their sea port, and you won't believe it but you will find everything you need here between the sound of the sea and the hilly countryside for enjoy the songs of the birds and wheat fields, olive trees, wine vineyards and above all the mountain landscapes between the Gran Sasso and the Maiella.
