The structure is very welcoming and is located in a 4-storey building, so peaceful and quiet. Find everything you need and you can use it both as an apartment and as a resting place, you have a large kitchen, a large living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and flat-screen TV, a large and welcoming bathroom with shower, an independent entrance and a bedroom also equipped with TV. a large balcony from where you can also see a slice of sea, which is 50 meters away. you have at your disposal a parking lot that will avoid you looking for a seat for your car. car, very difficult in Sanremo, and also wi-fi, always free.

The structure is in the center, 50 meters from the sea and from the famous cycle path, in a moment on foot you are in the heart of the city ready to visit our beauties, or to be on the beach sunbathing, or cycling without the traffic.
