The apartment is located in the historic center of Scilla (RC). It consists of a kitchen/living room where there is a sofa bed and TV, a bathroom, and a double bedroom. The kitchen is equipped (utensils, kettle and coffee maker) and a washing machine, clothesline and iron are also available.
From the apartment you can reach in just 2 minutes the main square of the town, Piazza San Rocco, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the seafront, the Ruffo Castle and the Strait of Messina, Sicily and the Aeolian Islands, thanks to the long balcony that runs around the perimeter of the square. Also 170m away (also in Piazza San Rocco) from the property is the public elevator that in less than a minute allows you to reach the Waterfront with the Scilla Beach, the charming Chianalea neighborhood and the Tourist Port from which several excursions depart. It is possible to park for free in the vicinity of the facility or in the various private guarded parking lots in the town.
