Welcome to our charming villa, located just a few steps away from the beautiful beaches of Versilia. Immersed in tranquility and surrounded by the greenery of two private gardens, this house is a true paradise for those seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. The interior of the villa is tastefully furnished and offers all the comfort you need. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and a dining table for six people, perfect for enjoying delicious meals together. The bright living room features a comfortable sofa bed, two cozy armchairs, and another table for six people, ideal for relaxing and enjoying pleasant moments of togetherness. The bedrooms with balconies provide an oasis of peace for a restful night's sleep, while a room with a fun bunk bed can comfortably accommodate two people. The two bathrooms, both equipped with showers, ensure convenience and privacy for all guests.
The location of the house is simply perfect. Situated on a quiet street away from traffic, you can enjoy moments of silence and absolute relaxation.
