We are located in Nettuno sul mare -RM-Wonderful building completely renovated and open to the public in June 2024 complete with all the comforts to spend an unforgettable holiday and also ideal for spending stays in Smart working as it is equipped with a suitable environment and served by Super fast free Wi-Fi. There are two apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor and free reserved parking to leave your car safe. Both apartments have two double bedrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed and in each room there is a smart TV and air conditioner, a bathroom (two bathrooms in the apartment on the first floor) and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, crockery and a coffee machine. of coffee including pods, kettle. We provide, included in the rate, the towel kit for each individual guest and the bathroom hygiene kit, the daily cleaning of the apartment and the change of towels on the floor and the change of bed sheets every 4 days.
The Dimora is located a stone's throw from the sea close to the Sanctuary of Santa Maria Goretti and about a 5-minute walk from the train station and the center of Nettuno and the Scacciapensieri district. Large apartments also ideal for families which can each accommodate up to six people (adults and minors) and pets are allowed. Upon request we will provide a cot and high chair for minors at no additional cost. In the morning you can enjoy breakfast at the Settebello bar a stone's throw from the residence and you can enjoy a delicious sweet or savory breakfast and on request also breakfast for vegan diets or food intolerances.
The Dimora Bordin di Nettuno is a few meters from the beach and equipped beaches and from important places of recognized historical and cultural value such as Forte Sangallo, Medieval Village, Torre Astura, American Monumental Cemetery, Tourist Port, Sanctuary of Santa Maria Goretti and Madonna delle Grazie and many other tourist attractions. Emiliano and Fabiana as well as the reception staff will be at your disposal to guide and assist you throughout the duration of your stay.
