In the Dimora you will be surrounded by a family atmosphere where you can rediscover the simple and genuine pleasures of good living. Maximum privacy is guaranteed as well as the use of the beautiful stone swimming pool and related services. We live in the patronal house 100 meters from the villas available to satisfy our guests' requests.

Property information

The "Dimora Casanoja" is a stone farmhouse of great charm, located in the heart of Puglia, in the Trulli and Grotte della Valle d'Itria area. Only 1.5 km from the town, the road is mostly paved except for a stretch of about 700 meters of the driveway to the farm, a historic and typical "sheep track" of our territory. The Masseria and the villas are located in a fenced park of 4,000 square meters full of olive trees, ancient oaks and spontaneous vegetation. There are 3 Apulian stone villas, more than 200 meters apart, with private gardens. Each villa is equipped with every comfort, TV, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, large living room and windows overlooking the park, barbecue, solarium, an accommodation has a heated sauna with a fireplace. Moreover it is completely furnished with: dishes, sheets, towels, small pantry of local Apulian products. The breakfast service is self-catering, each villa is equipped with the necessary for a full Italian breakfast.
