Dimora Mazzarino is located on the second floor of a period building without elevator: it is necessary to climb the stairs to access it. The suitea have a double bed (with the exception of the Etienne, which also has a single pouf-bed), built-in wardrobe and private internal bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and shower box. The accomodations are equipped with all the necessary comforts for your stay: air conditioning, heating with heat pump, hairdryer, 32" TV, water purifier, and unlimited WIFI. The door must be opened with a code that will be provided remotely. In sharing with the other guests of the structure, the following are available: - Large living room equipped with kettle, coffee machine, dining tables, split A/C and TV - Terrace with patio covered by gazebo, equipped with table and chairs x8 - Washing machine with dryer on the terrace - Clothesline, iron and ironing board. ATTENTION: the common areas are under video surveillance for safety reasons.

Neighbourhood information

The Dimora Mazzarino is located in the urban area of the Miracles, which has an unchanged urban layout from the 17th century to today. The name derives from the presence of the church of Santa Maria dei Miracoli, where it is said that a miracle happened: a street urchin thanked a blind man for the offer received, wishing him that the Madonna would restore his sight, and this happened. The accomodation, which had belonged to the Mazarin family for generations, has been restored to its former glory by Mrs. Bianca, a descendant of the family, who has decided to open the doors of the residence to those who want to stay there to spend a few relaxing days and get to know Naples and its surroundings. The structure, intimate and welcoming, has a family character. The style and furnishings have been entrusted to the expert hands of the decorator Emma Balzano who has masterfully recovered objects and furniture that had belonged to the Mazzarino family for generations. The dwelling pays particular attention to the environment, satisfying its energy needs through renewable energy sources by hosting a photovoltaic system.
