Our recently renovated flat is ideal for families visiting the city or needing to stay close to hospitals. The neighbourhood is quiet, ideal for enjoying the Florentine atmosphere away from the tourist hustle and bustle, yet close to the city centre. The hospital of Careggi (950 m), Villa Ulivella (1.4 km), Ispro (1.7 km), Meyer (2 km), Polo Universitario di Viale Morgagni (1.2 km) are within walking distance. There are many supermarkets, shops and restaurants in the area (coop, Conad, Penny). The centre of Florence is about 4 km away and can be easily reached by train (one stop from Rifredi Station to Santa Maria Novella Station), Tramvia Fermata Morgagni or Piazza Dalmazia) and bus (stop a few metres away on Via Reginaldo Giuliani). Trains depart from Rifredi Station to visit other Tuscan cities (Pisa, Livorno, etc.). N.B. The city tax required by the City of Florence is 6 euro per day per person, for a maximum of 7 days (minors up to and including 11 years old are excluded) and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
