The 30 m² property is in an extremely bright location and consists of a day/night area with a fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bed
and 1 bathroom . It can accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include a Smart TV with satellite dish and a washing machine. This accommodation does not offer: Wi-Fi and air conditioning. This studio apartment has a private balcony with beautiful views of the lake and the Dolomite Cadini and Sorapiss group and to the west of the forest.
Public transportation is 50 meters away within walking distance, and the supermarket is 500 meters away. The facility has a reserved outdoor parking space. Pets are not allowed and smoking and parties are not allowed.A ski storage room is available.
