This lovely two-story villa is ideal for those who wish to spend a relaxing holiday in a strategic location in Sardinia. Located an hour away from Porto Torres and Olbia, it also offers access to a splendid swimming pool, a private garden, a terrace, and free reserved parking. Equipped with WiFi and air conditioning, the village offers bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and much more – all the services you may need. The house, on two floors with private entrance and parking, will welcome you with a lovely garden. On the ground floor, the living area features a kitchen-living room complete with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table, and a kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, and all necessary utensils. Going upstairs, you will find the bedroom with private bathroom and a terrace that offers a spectacular view of the mountains. The house offers a communal swimming pool, not crowded, shared with other guests of the residence. You can also enjoy the beautiful private garden, equipped with a dining table, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower.
