This independent apartment has been completely renovated. It is designed for both remote working and cycling enthusiasts. Cycling routes are mapped out for your convenience. Free parking is available on-site, including charging stations for electric vehicles and dedicated parking for e-bikes. You also have the option to rent road bikes, mountain bikes, city bikes, and e-bikes, all customized to your size. The entire property operates without the use of gas, relying on solar energy generated by photovoltaic panels. Amenities include a TV with SKY channels and an Alexa device. There is a spacious garden with a pond and a vegetable garden. Upon request, we can provide a BBQ, a juicer, and a dedicated workspace for quiet remote work.
Loretta, Sandro, and Chiara will welcome you to their family home. For years, we have owned a bicycle sales, repair, and rental shop in Arona. Our passion for cycling and our beautiful region have led us to open our home to people who love to explore the world at the leisurely pace of a bicycle. We will share with you the story of our house and Oleggio Castello! We love nature and maintain a small garden, which we make available to you. You can engage in various nature-related experiences and participate in workshops organized by our friends. Apartments designed by cycle tourists for cycle tourists. The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
Our house is located 500 meters from the entrance to the Mercurago Lagoni Natural Park (a UNESCO site). We are at the intersection of routes leading to Lake Maggiore, Lake Orta, Mottarone, Ticino, and the Novara hills. You can choose to cycle on flat terrain, hills, or mountains, along rivers or lakes. If you prefer to work remotely, we are just 2 km away from the highway exit, allowing you to quickly reach Milan, Turin, Genoa, or nearby Switzerland. Within 800 meters, you can find restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, a church, newsstands, hair salons, and an herbalist shop.
