The flat is new, located on the first floor, recently renovated (2020). It consists of an entrance hall with kitchen (there is an American coffee machine, a boiler, a bread toaster, dishwasher, some food), one bathroom, one large room divided by a sliding door, on one side there is the double bed, and on the other side there is a sofa bed. the two rooms are communicating. suitable for families and friends

The flat is located in the central area, a few minutes from the Rialto Bridge, and is served by numerous restaurants, pastry shop, bakery, and supermarket under the apartment. The apartment is located in an ancient building on the first floor, there are stairs (not many).
