Independent apartment with private garden in a fenced park consisting of 4 villas. Safe, quiet and peaceful area, ideal for resting. Recently renovated, very bright and fully furnished. Free parking in front of the apartment. The apartment is in a residential area of ​​Seregno, halfway from Milan (16 miles) and Lake Como (34 miles), close to the supermarket (0,2 miles) and train station (1 mile).
During your stay I will be available for any needs.
Seregno is a town located halfway between Milan, Lake Como and Bergamo. Santa Valeria neighborhood is a very quiet residential area and from here you can easily reach the city center (0.9 miles). Less than 4 minutes (0.18 miles) is the famous L’albero dei Gelati ice cream parlor, one of the most awarded in Italy. Michelin star restaurant Pomiroeu is within walking distance (0.7 miles). Always on foot there are supermarket, butcher, bakery, pizzerias, restaurants and bars. Do you love outdoor activities? Jogging in the morning? Less than 0.9 miles away you will find Parco 2 Giugno, one of the largest in the area. You can easily get around on foot without having to use your car. Monza 8.5 miles
