The Enzianhof stands out not just as any farm in the Ahrntal Valley, but for its unparalleled panoramic position. Nestled in nature at 1,170 m, Alpine tradition and the most modern living comfort form a harmonious unit. High-quality materials such as larch wood and natural stone create a cozy ambiance where you will feel comfortable with your loved ones. Each apartment has an infrared sauna, which, thanks to healthy deep heat, improves well-being. The fresh drinking water in your apartment comes from the farm's own source, enriched with the valuable minerals and trace elements of the Alps. Everyone will find their personal favorite spot, as there is much to discover around the more than 300-year-old mill: two natural swimming ponds, a large playground, the farm animals, and a barbecue area.

Neighbourhood information

Your holiday destination, St. Johann in the Ahrntal Valley, has an extensive network of paths, ideal for hikers, mountaineers, and mountain bikers. Starting from the Enzianhof, you can reach the Ahrntal sun trails, mountain inns, alpine pastures, and the dreamy mountain peaks. In winter, we exclusively prepare a toboggan run for our guests, leading from the farm down to the mill. Toboggans and snowshoes are happily provided for your use. The winter quiet and the charming beauty of the snow-covered landscape are best enjoyed during a snowshoe hike, ski tour, tobogganing, or cross-country skiing. Those looking for fun on the slopes can reach the Klausberg and Speikboden ski areas in just a few minutes by car. A particular highlight is definitely South Tyrol's longest natural toboggan run at Speikboden. We also recommend visiting the original South Tyrolean Christmas market in the small town of Bruneck.
