The fine print
In case of loss or failure to return the keys, a fee of 100 EUR will be charged for the replacement of the set and the lock.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. In case of violation, a 250 EUR penalty will be applied.
For each damaged, stained, or missing towel or linen, a fee of 20 EUR per item will be charged.
If waste is not properly disposed of at check-out, a 100 EUR penalty will be applied.
At check-out, any damage found to the property or furnishings will be deducted from the security deposit.
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM. In case of delay, a 50 EUR penalty will be deducted from the deposit, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Access to the apartment will only be granted after completing the online check-in, which will be requested during the booking process.
