Wherever you arrive from, the Gulf of Varazze with its beaches, its historic center, and the beautiful wooden marina that decorates Punta Aspera like many stilts, will immediately make you savor the Ligurian atmosphere. Arriving by car, you can park directly under the building to unload your luggage. Once you arrive, you can park either along the street or, just a few meters away, in a square where there are several free parking spots. Simply take the keys as indicated and enter the building. Once you cross the threshold, a quick Wi-Fi access sign will immediately make you feel at home. The two suites both feature a comfortable Queen Size bed, a wardrobe with hangers, and a chest of drawers to accommodate your luggage and personal belongings. The first suite also includes a Smart TV FullHD, from which you can access your favorite streaming services like Netflix. Bedding, towels, pillows, duvets, and blankets are available for each bed. In the bright living area, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen. Long stays won’t be a problem with an induction stove, a fridge and freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and a Nespresso capsule machine for a good Italian coffee! Some capsules and tea infusions with various essences are offered by the host. A table with 6 seats completes the kitchen. Plates, cutlery, cookware, and single-use packets of salt, sugar, vinegar, and oil are stored in the various compartments. The bathroom is equipped with complete ceramic sanitary facilities, a large mirror, a hairdryer, and a shower. Your apartment is located in Via Piave alta, in the Parasio neighborhood. This neighborhood runs along the Teiro River, the main waterway that divides the city of Varazze into two parts. It is a very calm and secluded area, considered peripheral but still only a 12-minute walk from the beaches and about 10 minutes from the historic center. It is convenient for services, as crossing the pedestrian bridge brings you to the shopping center where you can shop.
