Large fjord-house perfect for large families, with private and fenced garden and two reserved car parking. It is situated in a quiet area and good position to reach the beach "Mare Vostrum", the tennis fields "Centro Tennis" and the area shopping "Piazzetta Fiordo Diamante". On the ground floor there are a living room with sofa and kitchen, bathroom with shower box, bedroom with two single beds or double bed, arbour with barbeque and garden forniture to eat outside. On the first floor there are a bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, terrace, bathroom with shower box, another bedroom with two single beds or double bed. The fjord-house is equipped with a tv led 32', air conditioning, free wi-fi internet area at about 400 meters, washing machine, dishwasher, safe, microwave, mosquito nets. The holiday house is among the most famous and exclusive places in the Adriatic coast, Isola Albarella, a small private island in Po Delta and near Venice, about one hour by car. The island is suitable for people who like to live in the quiet places, do sports and stay in contact with nature. Access to the island is exclusive and private: only the owners and guests can enter.
