Cozy 50 sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 guests, located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator. The property is just a 5-minute walk from Parco della Tesoriera and its historic Villa, one of the most beautiful green areas in Turin, perfect for a relaxing stroll in the open air. The neighborhood is well-served with all amenities such as restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, and is well-connected by public transport (12 minutes on foot to Monte Grappa metro station, 1 minute to tram stop 13). The apartment is outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), near Parco della Tesoriera and its Villa, one of the most charming green spaces in the city. The area offers all essential services and is conveniently served by public transport. The interior space is arranged as follows: LIVING ROOM / KITCHEN with a double sofa bed and 42" Smart TV; gas stove, dining table, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, moka coffee maker, kettle, oven, toaster, manual citrus juicer, kitchen utensils, and access to the balcony; BEDROOM with double bed, crib, wardrobe, and access to the balcony; BATHROOM with shower, sink, WC with integrated bidet; Utility room with washing machine; 2 BALCONIES. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, clothes drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is on the second floor with NO elevator.
