In Florence, near Piazza Dalmazia, the area is served by line 3 of the new railway station that takes you to the city center in 10 minutes. Apartment completely renovated, two rooms, located on the ground floor The property consists of entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, hallway, double bedroom and bathroom with window and dressing room. The property includes a courtyard of 9 square meters, a storage room in the basement and two pretty cellars, one of which can be used as a laundry area, is characterized by exposed brick and vaulted ceilings, located in the basement with direct access from the apartment. The house is also equipped with a security door, an independent heating system that affects all environments and one of air conditioning. The apartment is located in the Careggi Hospital area, an area full of Medici Villas. The area has excellent facilities and proximity to Piazza Dalmazia, the hub of many four-storey businesses. Excellent directions and the motorway with Florence North entrance. DUE BICYCLES FREE USE FOR GUESTS.
