Apartment located inside a villa, shared with the owner. A portion of the villa is reserved for guests in total privacy, while the owner lives in the other part. Perfect place for those looking for a stay surrounded by greenery, quiet and away from city traffic. The historic center is only 15 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus (n. 310). It is possible to park for free on the street outside the fence. The peculiarity of the villa is the large garden that can be used by guests in summer to eat or simply relax. In 60 square meters of space it comfortably accommodates 5 people. GROUND FLOOR. Kitchen equipped with moka, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave, various kitchen utensils. Living room with double sofa bed and TV. Bathroom complete with shower, bidet and hairdryer. UPPER FLOOR. Bedroom. Double bed and single bed, wardrobe and split of A/C. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE.
