It is particularly suitable for a relaxing holiday, excursions to discover nature and beautiful bike rides on the banks of the Mincio River. There is a shared pool (available from 5/5 to 31/8) for intense relax. Suitable for families, couples, groups of friends. also ideal for smart-working thanks to the Wi-Fi connection in the structure. The three-room apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed (180x200), a small bedroom with two single beds (90x200), a kitchen, a large bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed (140x200) and an adjacent dining room furnished in Baroque style with a large table in the centre. In the living room and bedroom you can find two large smart TVs with which guests can relax while watching their favourite films and TV series, thanks to the free service we offer with a pre-registered Netflix account. The kitchen area consists of a table with 4 chairs and is equipped with all the necessary amenities: a hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment, complete set of pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and all the various utensils for cooking or creating meals on your own or as a couple. There is also a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine, with which guests can enjoy fantastic coffees.
 The bathroom is complete with all the necessary sanitary facilities: a shower, a bathtub, a washing machine, a mirror and a hairdryer. There is a free Shower Kit consisting of Shower/Shampoo and Body Cream. There is also a terrace where you can enjoy a fantastic breakfast, lunch or dinner with your family, companions or friends. 
Please note that smoking is absolutely not allowed inside the flat. Bed and bath linen is ISO-certified; there is nothing more important than a home with high-quality, clean and fresh bed linen.

Welcome to the 'GARDA HOUSE-Pool-Terrace-Nature'! I am your host, Antonio. Here are some of our additional 'house rules' for a perfect stay!!! Smoking is strictly forbidden everywhere inside the flat. Penalty: 300 Eur . Possibility to smoke quietly on the terrace. All objects in this house are filed and photographed, any lack or damage after your stay will require a refund. If you do not report accidental damage the refund will be higher. In case of lost/broken keys the penalty applied will be 400 Eur for the total replacement of the lock. Try to do not leave a mess into the flat, otherwise penalties in proportion to the dirt left will be applied. You are required to show your identity documents before your arrival according to the law Ref. c. 1,2 art. 109 T.U.L.P.S - art. 1-2 D.M. 07/01/2013. POOL RULES: Timetable: 09:00 - 22:00 respecting rest hours from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 22:00 to 9:00 Access to the pool is permitted with the prescribed medal worn, displayed and clearly visible to each individual user. Bathers are expressly forbidden to swim in the pool reserved for children and their carers. Children may only enter the pool reserved for adults if accompanied by an adult. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO CONSUME FOOD AND DRINK ON THE POOL DECK Showering before entering the pool is compulsory Collecting hair or using a swimming cap is strongly recommended It is forbidden to dive from the edge of the pool It is forbidden to use soaps or shampoos in the pool or showers It is forbidden to bring animals into the pool It is forbidden to play in the water with balls, water pistols, airbeds, etc. It is forbidden to leave sun loungers, deckchairs or other equipment on the pool deck and must therefore be returned by the owners to their flats.

Nearby the house you can find Gardaland and many other natural beauties, to be discovered on foot or by bicycle. There is a communal swimming pool (available from 5/5 to 14/9) for intense relaxation and a beautiful 25mq terrace perfect for eating, enjoying the sun and having an excellent barbecue. The property has a private car park.
