our apartment is located in a quiet location easily accessible by car and by public transport .In the vicinity there is a always open supermarket, a parking lot , the Sansovino stop of the tramway which in 5 minutes takes you to the center of Florence . The apartment is comfortable , renovated in July 2015, concept connection free wi fi . On the back a lovely garden and a terrace where you can relax after a day in Florence . It equipped with heating , air conditioning and mosquito nets .
We are a couple with older children adore traveling and we like to welcome our guests well , just as we would be greeted us!
the neighborhood is quiet close to the center with all essential services , supermarket 50 meters open daily from 8 to 20 , various restaurants of meat and fish in the area, plus pizzerias . If you like sports you can practice in the two parks that are within 5 min from the apartment : the farms and throttle villa's garden . to farms there is also a public swimming pool . A 10 minute walk or 3 minute by bus from the nightlife area
