An entire villa in a strategic location, allowing easy access to Lake Como, Lake Lugano, the FoxTown outlet, and the city of Milan. The villa offers all the comforts for a relaxing holiday, thanks to its spacious garden and seasonal swimming pool from June to August (depending on weather conditions). The garden includes an orchard, where guests can pick seasonal fruits such as figs, kiwis, persimmons, and cherries. The two-story villa consists of two bedrooms upstairs, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom downstairs. It also features a balcony and an internal parking area, which can accommodate more than one car. The garden is furnished with small sofas, sun loungers for sunbathing, and a hammock.
