Newly renovated and furnished apartment. located on the Gulf of the city of Termini Imerese, 900 meters from the sea, between Palermo and Cefalù, in an ideal area for excursions (25 km from the Cathedral of Cefalù, 35 km from Palermo and 37 from the fabulous Mondello). The nearest airport is Falcone e Borsellino, 66 km from the property. Located 50 meters from the Court and 200 meters from the Duomo. The property is located on the sixth floor of an elegant building (with lift) and has 2 balconies with a wonderful sea view. This air-conditioned holiday home includes 1 double bedroom (with TV), 1 bedroom with single bed, 1 large living room with double sofa bed (with TV), 1 brand new fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine, 1 bathroom with shower. Towels, sheets and linens are available to guests. The apartment is located in the historic center, all the places of interest in the city can be easily reached on foot. Nearby you can find a Mini Market and various commercial activities. There are both free and paid parking spaces in the area
